What you'll do
- Coordinate daily workflow, assign rooms and duties, and arrange coverage for callouts or increased house counts.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas, hold staff accountable to quality standards, and report maintenance needs.
- Train and supervise employees, promote safe handling of cleaning chemicals, and assist with inventory and performance evaluations.
