Maintains hotel public spaces and floor pantries, supports room attendants, and assists guests with requested items to help ensure a clean and welcoming stay.
What you'll do
- Collects bags, trash, and soiled linen; replenishes clean linen, guest amenities, and supplies on assigned floors.
- Delivers requested items to guest rooms, helps room attendants with heavy lifting, and performs room-attendant duties when needed.
- Cleans public areas and responds to guests and team members in a friendly, helpful manner.
