About the job
Maintains, inspects, and repairs HVAC systems and related equipment across the resort, supporting safe and reliable engineering operations.
What you'll do
- Conduct daily system inspections, evaluations, and preventive maintenance; document equipment conditions and hazards.
- Maintain and repair HVAC equipment and related mechanical and electrical systems, including air handlers, chillers, controls, and compressors.
- Coordinate engineering operations with department leadership and resolve unsafe conditions.
