Installs, maintains, and repairs hotel heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment, responding to service requests and keeping systems safe and operational.
What you'll do
- Respond to guest calls and team member work orders, troubleshooting temperature and HVAC problems.
- Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and equipment installation.
- Track HVAC supplies and maintenance items, and follow safety procedures and system specifications.
