Takes guest room-service orders, recommends menu items, and delivers food accurately and promptly while meeting service standards.
What you'll do
- Assist guests with telephone orders, describe menu items and specials, and suggest additional options.
- Deliver food promptly and ensure order accuracy and presentation.
- Follow Chatham Bars Inn service standards and perform other assigned tasks.
