Coordinates kitchen equipment and supply needs, delivers food and equipment, and supports kitchen and banquet service at a hotel and conference center.
What you'll do
- Deliver food and supplies to kitchens and put items away according to FIFO standards; safely transport food and equipment using a golf cart and small box truck.
- Set up and take down serving stations, assist with plating and banquet functions, and coordinate needs with chefs and banquet leaders.
- Clean, sanitize, organize, and restock kitchen and food-service areas and equipment.
