Prepare and cook food for kitchen line and banquet service while maintaining food-quality, sanitation, and workstation standards.
What you'll do
- Prepare, season, portion, plate, and garnish dishes according to recipes and established presentation standards; create daily specials.
- Set up and stock the workstation, estimate food needs, and use BEOs to prepare and execute prep lists.
- Clean and organize the station and equipment, store and label unused products, and comply with health and safety standards.
