What you'll do
- Repair and maintain kitchen equipment and kitchen areas; perform daily safety checks and maintain exhaust hoods and make-up air units.
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs involving HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic carpentry.
- Respond to guest maintenance requests, complete inspections and records, and follow safety and emergency procedures.
