What you'll do
- Perform building-system repairs and maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and interior finishes.
- Inspect hotel areas and equipment, carry out preventative maintenance, and maintain work orders, logs, and repair records.
- Respond to maintenance requests and guest concerns, report hazards, and communicate outstanding issues during shift handoffs.
