About the job
Performs hotel maintenance and finish repairs while supervising maintenance technicians and inspecting their work for quality and efficiency.
What you'll do
- Complete hotel maintenance requests and preventive maintenance on aesthetic finishes.
- Oversee, inspect, and support maintenance technicians, including training and performance feedback.
- Use office equipment, EMS systems, and Life Safety Systems.
