Performs hotel maintenance and aesthetic-finish repairs while supervising maintenance technicians and ensuring their work is efficient and high quality.
What you'll do
- Complete guest and employee maintenance requests and preventive maintenance on hotel aesthetic finishes.
- Oversee, inspect, train, and support maintenance technicians; provide feedback and recommend coaching or disciplinary actions.
- Use office equipment, EMS systems, and Life Safety Systems.
