What you'll do
- Maintains and repairs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including appliances, wiring, air conditioning, fixtures, and drains.
- Repairs woodwork, wall coverings, doors, windows, and carpeting; performs mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, and other equipment.
- Maintains task logs and records and submits requested reports in a timely manner.
