About the job
Plans, coordinates, and executes resort weddings, social events, corporate functions, and other group events, serving as the primary client contact from planning through on-site delivery.
What you'll do
- Coordinate event details, vendors, resort departments, client communications, and on-site execution.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, Banquet Event Orders, event records, billing, and related documentation.
- Build client relationships, address guest needs, and recommend services that enhance events and resort experiences.
