What you'll do
- Responds to and resolves guest maintenance requests; oversees repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of the property and equipment.
- Hires, trains, schedules, supervises, coaches, and evaluates Property Operations staff.
- Coordinates contractors and manages supplies, inventories, purchase orders, budgets, and capital plans.
