About the job
Creates and manages guest reservations overnight, responds to inquiries and concerns, and coordinates booking details and payments.
What you'll do
- Create, modify, and cancel reservations; send confirmations and handle guest questions and concerns.
- Process group, travel agent, company, internet, and FIT reservations, including rooming lists and payment routing.
- Communicate guest needs to other departments, update computer systems, and complete required overnight duties.
