About the job
Repairs and refinishes hotel and meeting-space surfaces and completes preventive maintenance work orders on the third shift.
What you'll do
- Repair and touch up walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces throughout the property.
- Perform preventive maintenance, maintain organized logs, and complete assigned work orders and related repairs.
- Use building and life-safety systems appropriately, maintain a safe and orderly workspace, and assist other trades as needed.
