Answers and directs resort calls, provides guests with information and concierge assistance, and coordinates and follows up on guest requests.
What you'll do
- Answer and route incoming calls, dispatch requests to appropriate departments, and respond to guest questions, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about resort services, outlets, events, and local attractions; assist with reservations and activities.
- Log and follow up on guest calls, store packages according to procedures, maintain the PBX area, and support emergency procedures.
