What you'll do
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, seating, and guest flow; coordinate table status and seating rotations with Servers.
- Welcome and escort guests, answer restaurant calls, provide dining information, and communicate guest needs or concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain the host stand and menus, recognize returning guests and VIPs, and support other host stands or Food & Beverage outlets as assigned.
