What you'll do
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates from job opening through hiring, partnering with department leaders and maintaining recruiting records in Workday.
- Plan, facilitate, and improve the hotel’s New Hire Orientation and onboarding process.
- Provide secondary support for training, benefits, employee relations, and other HR initiatives.
