What you'll do
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations; maintain accurate guest and booking information.
- Recommend rooms, rates, packages, and experiences; answer questions and identify appropriate upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with hotel departments and address reservation concerns to support a seamless guest experience.
