About the job
Handles guest inquiries and resort reservations, providing accurate information and service while supporting revenue goals through sales and upselling.
What you'll do
- Answer guest calls, book resort accommodations, and accurately communicate guest needs and requests.
- Promote resort amenities and offers, upsell where appropriate, and work toward monthly ADR, conversion, and revenue goals.
- Generate and audit reservation reports, resolve guest concerns, and coordinate with resort teams.
