About the job
Creates and manages guest reservations for OKANA Resort, assists guests with questions and concerns, and coordinates reservation details and payments.
What you'll do
- Create, modify, and cancel reservations; send confirmations and handle guest questions and concerns.
- Process group, travel agent, company, internet, and FIT reservations, including rooming lists and payment routing.
- Answer calls, coordinate with other departments, update computer systems, and complete required operational tasks.
