What you'll do
- Manage incoming reservation calls, confirm bookings, answer guest questions, and convert inquiries into sales through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate reservation, deposit, call, and shift records in the property management system (PMS).
- Coordinate with resort departments and assist with PBX and Front Desk duties as needed.
