What you'll do
- Lead and support the Reservations team in providing welcoming, professional guest service and completing accommodation reservations.
- Ensure reservation accuracy, communicate guest needs to relevant departments, and generate and audit reservation reports.
- Promote resort offerings and upsell where appropriate while working toward monthly ADR, conversion, and revenue goals.
