About the job
Conduct resort patrols and manage security, guest assistance, incident response, and emergency support at South Seas.
What you'll do
- Patrol guest-accessible areas and amenities; check for hazards and maintain a visible security presence.
- Control access at the pool gate and front entrance; monitor security systems and respond to suspicious behavior.
- Investigate and document incidents, respond to medical emergencies, and assist guests and the Front Desk.
What they ask for
- CPR/First Aid/AED/Heimlich Maneuver certification, or willingness to obtain certification through the resort.
- Valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR.
Nice to have
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
- Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training.
