About the job
Provides attentive dining service at South Seas resort restaurants, from welcoming guests and taking orders to serving meals and processing payments.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests, explain menus, recommend items, take accurate orders, and provide timely food and beverage service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns, process payments, and maintain clean, stocked service areas.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff and follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
