About the job
Cleans and prepares guest rooms and assigned areas at a resort while helping guests and maintaining housekeeping standards.
What you'll do
- Clean and sanitize assigned guest areas; change and inspect linens and towels according to the Green Program.
- Engage with guests, report safety hazards, and maintain respectful care of guest property and equipment.
- Keep the work cart stocked and orderly, follow schedules and room-issuance standards, and work with the team to maintain resort cleanliness.

- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
