Prepares and maintains guest rooms during evening turndown service to support cleanliness and a positive guest experience.
What you'll do
- Clean and sanitize assigned guest areas; change and inspect linens and towels according to standards.
- Engage with guests, report safety hazards, and handle guest property and equipment responsibly.
- Keep the work cart stocked and orderly, follow schedules and room-issuance standards, and assist with related duties as requested.
