The Sales Manager develops hotel business, manages group and corporate accounts, coordinates group details with hotel teams, and supports revenue and client satisfaction goals.
What you'll do
- Prospect and secure new group, corporate, meeting, and assigned-segment business; maintain client relationships and convert inquiries.
- Prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate group requirements with hotel departments, and track business from booking through post-event follow-up.
- Maintain sales records and support revenue strategies, account growth, and compliance with hotel policies.
