Performs maintenance and repairs on the resort’s building systems, equipment, and guest-facility features, and maintains task records.
What you'll do
- Maintains mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; performs repairs to appliances, wiring, air conditioning, fixtures, piping, and drains.
- Repairs woodwork, walls, doors, windows, and carpeting, and maintains pumps, compressors, water heaters, and other equipment.
- Keeps task logs and records and submits reports as requested.
