About the job
Maintains the spa’s guest areas, welcomes and guides guests, and provides food and beverage service at the pool.
What you'll do
- Clean and organize locker rooms, relaxation and treatment rooms, outdoor and pool areas, and the fitness room.
- Greet and orient guests to locker-room amenities and escort them to the relaxation room before treatments; respond to and follow up on guest needs.
- Take pool food and beverage orders and learn the POS system while adhering to Forbes Standards.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to frequently bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs., and occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
