About the job
Supports daily HR operations at OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark, advising leaders and handling employee relations, recruitment, compliance, onboarding, engagement, and HR administration.
What you'll do
- Advise leaders on HR policies, employee relations, performance, and corrective action; assist with workplace investigations and confidential documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, I-9 compliance, Workday transactions, and accurate employee records.
- Coordinate engagement, training, benefits, workers’ compensation, safety, and other HR programs.
