About the job
Performs hotel accounting across payables, receivables, cash, revenue, reconciliations, and financial controls, partnering with hotel teams to resolve discrepancies and support accurate reporting.
What you'll do
- Review and reconcile AP, AR, cash, credit card settlements, revenue, and hotel accounts; research and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end close, including AP cut-off, accruals, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Maintain accounting policies and internal controls, and collaborate with hotel departments on financial issues and process improvements.
