Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen and food-service areas, dishware, equipment, and storage spaces at a resort.
What you'll do
- Operates dishwashing equipment and cleans, sanitizes, and stores china, glass, silver, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen and restaurant floors; empties garbage and maintains the back dock and dumpster area.
- Assists with food storage and rotation and performs other assigned tasks.
