Supervises stewards and food runners in banquet and restaurant operations, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and coordinating food transport and service preparation.
What you'll do
- Supervise stewards and ensure kitchens, dishes, and service areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Oversee food runners and transport food to outlets, banquet functions, and the cafeteria.
- Monitor opening and closing tasks, work quality, breakage, and chemical costs; support onboarding training.
