What you'll do
- Manage daily stewarding operations, dishwashing, cleaning, and equipment maintenance coordination across hotel outlets and events.
- Lead, train, schedule, and develop the team while coordinating with culinary leadership.
- Monitor supplies, costs, labor, budgets, and compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
