About the job
Supervises stewards and oversees kitchen back-of-house cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and related daily operations at La Quinta Resort and Club.
What you'll do
- Lead stewards in daily back-of-house cleaning and maintain sanitation logs for dish machines and manual pot-wash sinks.
- Ensure work areas are ready, promote recycling and energy conservation, and help prevent workplace accidents and equipment damage.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, communicate readiness issues, and assist other kitchen areas as needed.
