Stewarding Supervisor - Hotel Valley Ho

What you'll do

• Supervise utility staff, check assignments and cleaning checklists, and confirm shift tasks are complete.
• Oversee washing, sanitizing, polishing, and storing dishes, cookware, and service ware.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe dish-room and kitchen areas, including floors, trash, supplies, and walk-throughs.
