What you'll do
- Oversee guest service and daily operations across dining, bar, private dining, and outdoor seating areas.
- Supervise, train, coach, and support restaurant staff; assist with recruiting and onboarding.
- Support revenue, labor, inventory, cost-control, beverage, and administrative goals.
