Serves as the customer quality interface for ASIC products, managing field issues and RMAs, leading failure investigations and corrective actions, and driving product quality improvements across development and manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Manage customer quality relationships, escalations, audits, and communication of investigation results and corrective actions.
- Lead RMA and field failure investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Feed customer quality findings into ASIC development and manufacturing improvements; monitor and report quality KPIs.
