What you'll do
- Administer SaaS platforms and manage user lifecycles, provisioning, access controls, and identity federation.
- Build and maintain Slack apps and workflows, SaaS integrations, and GitHub Actions CI/CD and configuration-as-code automation.
- Troubleshoot SaaS and identity issues, support audits and incidents, and document platforms and operating procedures.
