Senior Machine Learning Engineer – End-to-End Autonomous Driving

What you'll do

• Design and optimize autonomous-driving models, including behavioral planning and trajectory generation.
• Build scalable training, validation, deployment, simulation, and closed-loop evaluation pipelines.
• Investigate failure cases and improve robustness, safety, and performance; collaborate across engineering teams.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 2+ years of related work experience; OR master’s degree in those fields and 1+ year of related work experience; OR PhD in those fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, and C++ (preferred).
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, neural network design, computer vision, transformers, representation learning, or multimodal learning.
• Experience training and evaluating large-scale deep-learning models and building end-to-end ML workflows from data ingestion through deployment.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of industry or research experience in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, robotics, or autonomous driving.
• Experience in autonomous driving, planning, trajectory prediction, reinforcement or imitation learning, simulation, or model optimization.

$140,800.00 - $211,200.00 USD (pay range; salary)
