Maintains and improves data quality, compliance workflows, survey launches, and operational tooling for Qualitate’s research platform.
What you'll do
- Manage data QA processes, resolve data escalations, and fulfill ad-hoc data requests.
- Build compliance guardrails, develop approaches and AI tooling for unstructured data, and maintain SOPs.
- Coordinate survey launches and offshore service providers, including productivity reporting and SLA alignment.
