Senior Product Manager, Expert Community

What you'll do

• Own the expert journey and roadmap, optimizing activation, participation, compensation, retention, and referrals.
• Build consumer-grade web and mobile experiences and systems for recognition, reputation, learning, and community growth.
• Set community outcome targets and lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, data, and operations.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of complex, technical products or platforms.
• Proven track record building and scaling mobile applications, with accountability for adoption, engagement, retention, product quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with AI-assisted data products, human-in-the-loop workflows, or systems combining automation, quality controls, and operational judgment at scale.
• Ability to define meaningful health metrics, diagnose complex funnels and feedback loops, and drive cross-functional execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with expert communities, expert networks, primary research, professional communities, panel businesses, or knowledge marketplaces.
• Experience building products involving identity, reputation, recognition, or member growth; zero-to-one products; or investment research and related knowledge workflows.

Pay

$180K – $240K USD base salary
