Own and improve the real-time voice and audio systems powering Qualitate’s AI-moderated expert interviews.
What you'll do
- Evolve WebSocket architecture for stable, concurrent interviews, including connection lifecycle, session state, routing, backpressure, and reconnection.
- Build and improve the speech-to-text pipeline for accurate, low-latency transcripts.
- Scale and maintain the reliability, observability, and uptime of real-time interview systems.
