About the job
Provides 24/7 operational support for QRT’s global network, detecting and troubleshooting incidents and improving network availability and reliability.
What you'll do
- Monitor network health, triage incidents, and support deeper investigations through resolution.
- Manage hardware failures and vendor/provider coordination, including replacement parts and outage follow-up.
- Perform operational network changes, maintain documentation, and review incidents and service performance for improvements.
