Owns end-to-end recruitment for QRT’s technology teams across North America, from sourcing and assessment through offers.
What you'll do
- Manage recruitment processes across technology roles, including intake, sourcing, assessment, and offers.
- Partner with technology leaders and hiring managers on requirements, priorities, and market-informed hiring decisions.
- Build talent pipelines and improve hiring strategies using sourcing, recruitment data, and market intelligence.
