Supports, administers, and improves QRT’s development tooling platforms, resolving user issues and maintaining their reliability and availability.
What you'll do
- Administer JFrog and Atlassian Data Center applications; handle incidents, requests, and user issues.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot CI/CD workflows, and lead upgrades, configuration changes, and improvements.
- Maintain operational documentation, support service reliability and future migrations, and participate in the on-call rota.
