About the job
Supports and improves the availability, performance, and security of QRT’s global Windows infrastructure and related services for trading and research platforms.
What you'll do
- Monitor infrastructure, respond to alerts, and provide second- and third-line support for Windows, Active Directory, VMware, and related services.
- Administer and maintain Windows environments, patching, backups, security remediation, and regional infrastructure services.
- Troubleshoot incidents, use PowerShell and automation to improve operations, and coordinate with engineering and other teams on service improvements.
