Designs, administers, and secures QuEra’s hybrid, multi-cloud IT infrastructure while automating operations and supporting users, audits, and service improvements.
What you'll do
- Administer hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure, including network connectivity, access controls, and user and device provisioning.
- Automate IT workflows and infrastructure changes; remediate vulnerabilities and support security audits.
- Resolve escalated technical issues and maintain documentation while collaborating with business teams to improve IT services.
